There are two options available to members:

• Starting June 19th 2023, Forest Hills offers free swim classes taught by its Lifeguards. 

  Mondays and Wednesdays

  12:00p-12:30p or 12:30p-1:00p

  Intended to be Introductory for ages 4-6, not for anyone hoping to learn all 4 competitive strokes or prepare for the swim team. Participants will learn the basics of water safety, become comfortable in the water, and then how to swim on both their front and back.

  The lessons are available for MEMBERS ONLY and space is limited.  They are available on a first come, first served basis, and managed through the following website: Forest Hills Swim Club: FHSC Swim Lessons (signupgenius.com)
• Update 6/26/2023:  Due to high demand, we are adjusting the guidelines to ensure maximum number of members have access to these complimentary lessons. The limit per family is: maximum of one session per week and maximum of two sessions in total.
