To host a party at Forest Hills Swim Club, please email our Social Director with the following information:
1. Date and Alternative Date of the Party
2. Time requested for the party
3. How many guests for your event
4. What type of Party
5. What set up will you need for your event
6. Your member number
2 weeks notice is required for all parties. Parties will be approved on a first come first serve basis.

Party Guidelines Thank you for your interest in holding a party at Forest Hills Swim Club! So that you and your guests can enjoy themselves in a safe and friendly environment, we have established the following guidelines: Party Fees 2026 1. $25.00 non-refundable booking fee is required 2. $5.00 per child (under 18) guest fee for non-members 3. $10.00 per adult (over 18) guest fee for non-members 4. $15.00 additional Lifeguard fee per hour for parties of 25 people or more. Member Responsibilities 1. Request permission from the pool Social Director by following the instruction above to request a party. Any member not following this rule will be asked to leave the pool for the day. 2. Hosting member is required to pay prior to the start of their party time at the front desk. 3. Member requesting the party is asked to submit a list of attendees to the Social Director 3 days prior to the party 4. Review and familiarize your guests with the Clubs Rules and Regulations. 5. Party area, grills, member kitchen and utensils used should be cleaned and all trash placed in a trash can or trash bag. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 fine. Additional Guidelines 1. Party times can be scheduled for 3-hour time blocks. 2. Parties may be scheduled to begin 30 minutes after opening and must be cleaned up 1 hour before closing. 3. Parties of 25 or more guests much pay an additional hourly staffing fee. 4. Party size should not exceed 50 people in total. Special permission is required and must be done well in advance 5. Guests are subject to the appropriate guest fee in place at the time of your party. If the hosting member is paying guest fees, all guest fees must be paid prior to the start of the party. The final guest count will be confirmed with the Social Director 3 days prior to the party. Any adjustments to the guest fee payment will be made at the conclusion of the party. 6. Food and Drink must be kept in the picnic areas. 7. The club offers pop up tents, chairs, access to the grills and member kitchen for your party, however you must include what items you would like to utilize at the time of the party booking with the Social Director. |
